Kevin Williams Construction, Inc. was started in 1985 with a hammer, nails and a dedication to excellence. Kevin has since transformed his company into one of the premier custom home builders on Marco Island and Naples in Southwest Florida. Our business philosophy focuses on providing personalized service to our clients and constructing high quality homes by using the best subcontractors and materials available. The father and son team of Kevin and Ryan is a perfect complement for this new construction company. With Ryan managing the daily operations, Kevin focuses his time on the construction process and client needs, ensuring a high quality product and superior service.

Kevin Williams

Kevin is originally from upstate New York, where he graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany and met his wife Sallie. Not long after they married, the two decided to take a trip to visit her parents, who had moved to Marco Island, Florida. Kevin and Sallie immediately fell in love with the beauty and charm of this Southwest Florida paradise. They felt Florida would be a wonderful place to live and raise their family, so they moved everything, including their 8 month-old daughter, Lindsay, to sunny Marco Island in 1977 and never looked back.

Kevin Williams Construction, Inc. began in 1985, as many small businesses do, with hard work and long hours. Kevin's drive to build the best custom homes and his desire to provide personalized service to all his clients are the foundation of his continued success. He built a reputation for excellence and welcomed son, Ryan, to the business in 2004. With Ryan managing operations and sales, Kevin focuses his efforts on the construction process and client needs. Between the two, along with a proven team of sub-contractors, Kevin Williams Construction, Inc. is recognized as the premier custom home builder on Marco Island. Kevin is a Certified Building Contractor in the State of Florida.

Ryan Williams

A native, Ryan spent his childhood enjoying the Marco Island lifestyle that draws so many to our wonderful city. Outside of school, the beach, the boat, the baseball diamond or the golf course occupied most of his time. As he grew up, his summer vacations turned to work and Ryan learned the construction business from the ground up. After high school, Ryan set off for the University of Notre Dame where he graduated in 2001 with a degree in Finance and a minor in Accounting. Putting his education to work, he accepted a position in Lehman Brothers’ Finance Management Program and for three years he gained a wide range of corporate and investment finance experience. Unfortunately for Lehman Brothers, the draw of Marco Island was too strong, and Ryan left his friends and colleagues in Manhattan to return home in July 2004.

With his business education and corporate experience, Ryan was able to immediately, and positively, impact his father’s construction company. At Kevin Williams Construction, Inc. Ryan is Vice President responsible for office management, accounting, sales and marketing, and customer service. In addition, Ryan helps Kevin schedule and supervise their projects, and meets with clients and subcontractors regularly. Ryan is Certified Building Contractor in the State of Florida.
