Kevin Williams Construction, Inc. was started in 1985 with a hammer, nails and a dedication to excellence. Kevin has since transformed his company into one of the premier custom home builders on Marco Island and Naples in Southwest Florida. Our business philosophy focuses on providing personalized service to our clients and constructing high quality homes by using the best subcontractors and materials available. The father and son team of Kevin and Ryan is a perfect complement for this new construction company. With Ryan managing the daily operations, Kevin focuses his time on the construction process and client needs, ensuring a high quality product and superior service.

Kevin Williams

Kevin is originally from upstate New York, where he graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany and met his wife Sallie. Not long after marrying Sallie, the two decided to take a trip to visit her parents, who had recently moved to Marco Island, Florida. Kevin and Sallie immediately fell in love with the beauty and charm of this Southwest Florida paradise. They felt Florida would be a wonderful place to live and raise their family, so they moved everything, including their 8 month-old daughter, Lindsay, to sunny Marco Island and never looked back.

Kevin Williams Construction, Inc. began, as many small businesses do, with hard work and long hours. Kevin's drive to build the best custom homes and his desire to provide personalized service to all his clients are the foundation of his continued success. He has built a reputation for excellence and now with the addition of Ryan to the business, he sees a bright future ahead. With Ryan managing operations and sales, Kevin focuses his efforts on the construction process and client needs. "It's an exciting time for Kevin Williams Construction. Ryan Williams

Born and raised on Marco Island, Ryan attended Tommie Barfield Elementary, Gulfview Middle School and St. John Neumann High School before studying at The University of Notre Dame. As a member of the 2001 graduating class, Ryan received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Finance and a Minor in Accounting. After graduation, he headed to Wall Street to work for the global investment bank, Lehman Brothers. Ryan, a survivor of the 9-11 attacks on the World Trade Center, lived and worked in Manhattan for three years before returning to Marco to join his father at Kevin Williams Construction, Inc.

Ryan spent many summers working for Dad, doing everything from site clean up to site management. Not only did he grow up in a construction family, Ryan now has the business education and experience to make a positive impact on KWC. "I've always known that my Dad is the best at what he does. It is an honor and privilege to work with him and learn from him." A candidate for his Florida Certified Building Contractor's license, Ryan is currently Vice President responsible for Operations and Sales.
