He does not schedule his work based on when you are going to be next on the island – and still be behind schedule when you arrive. Beth and I have been involved in several residential projects in Maryland and Florida. My most frequent point in describing Kevin is to say that finally, on what is likely our last building project, we were lucky enough to work with a builder who is what builders are supposed to be.
