Marco Island Builder Raises the Building Standard

On Saturday, September 22 over 500 professionals attended the association’s award gala, Secret Garden – Unlocking Naples’ Finest, at the Ritz Carlton. The Kevin Williams Construction (KWC Homes) team was in attendance and they won four Sand Dollar Awards the previous year for their Sea Glass Marco home. This year the team took home another five awards for their incredible work on the Breakwater’s New Dawn remodel project. The awards include:

•  Whole House Remodel Over $1,000,000

($2,000,000-$3,000,000)

•  Best Smart Home

$2,000,001 – $2,250,000

•  Interior Design of the Year

Remodel $400,001 – $500,000

•  Best Master Suite

$50,001 – $100,000

•  Best Kitchen Design

The Breakwater’s New Dawn remodel feels like a brand-new home. The original home design felt outdated and lacked vistas to the waterway. The KWC Homes team worked closely with the clients to bring their vision to life. The remodel feels new and invigorating.
