Meet Our Team

Ryan Williams

Principal Owner

A SWFL native, Ryan spent his childhood enjoying the Marco Island lifestyle that draws so many to this tiny island paradise. As he grew up, Ryan’s summer vacations turned to hard work, where he learned the construction business from the ground up. After high school, Ryan set off for the University of Notre Dame where he graduated in 2001 with a degree in Finance and a minor in Accounting. After a stint on Wall Street, he decided to join his Dad to help run the family business. Ryan received his State of Florida Certified Building Contractor license in 2005.

In 2020, Kevin handed the reigns to Ryan, who continues their legacy of building the finest luxury, custom homes in Southwest Florida and looks forward to serving their community for years to come. Ryan now enjoys taking adventure trips with his wife Denise, along with spending time on the boat and coaching various sports for his twin boys.

Kevin Williams

Principal Founder - Retired

Originally from upstate New York, Kevin graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany. There, he met and married his wife Sallie and not long afterwards, decided to take a trip to visit her parents, who had moved to Marco Island, Florida. Immediately falling in love with the beauty and charm of this Southwest Florida paradise, Kevin and Sallie agreed it would be a wonderful place to live and raise their family. So, they moved everything, including their 8-month-old daughter, Lindsay, to sunny Marco Island in 1977 and never looked back.

Kevin Williams Construction, Inc. began in 1985, as many small businesses do, with hard work and relentless hours. Kevin’s determination to build the most luxurious custom homes and his desire to provide personalized service to all his clients set the foundation of his continued success. He built a reputation for excellence and welcomed son, Ryan, to the business in 2004. In 2020 Kevin hung up his tool belt for the last time, leaving his son Ryan to continue the family legacy of Kevin Williams Construction.
