Sea Glass

The goal of this Coastal Contemporary, LEED-Gold certified home was to lead Marco Island into the future of design and construction by demonstrating that contemporary design can appeal to traditionalists and that green building translates to well-built and healthy homes.

Comfortable outdoor living is essential on Marco so we designed an expansive lanai with a full outdoor kitchen, and protected it with motorized shutters and insect screens. The large pool and luxurious spa is framed by two elevated fire bowls and a central water feature, creating a resort-like atmosphere.
